Why go Green?
Maybe I just throw out the question. You can reflect about the reason to go green.

And I also found a website that has many tips on going Green:

But it appears it is focused on "how". I can't find much about "why". (So I supposed it is for the "converted", not for the skeptics.)

some are consequence-bsaed while others rights-based. It seems the former makes more sense as far as resource scarcity goes. So cost-benefit analysis prevails. But given ecological uncertainties, if policies and human behaviours are 're-routed' enclusively based on such philosophy, our adaptive capacity to ecological surprise may be limited.
